Designed especially for young students out of school, or homeschoolers looking for the perfect covid safe environment and outdoor activity.
The Riding School at Benbrook Stables will introduce your young rider to the amazing world of horses. We will focus on the fundamentals of horseback riding, and all aspects of horsemanship. Young horse enthusiasts will get to experience riding Western, English, and even bareback. They will brush, groom, tack up, feed, learn the anatomy of horses, and how to care for their own horse throughout the classes.
It’s the perfect introduction to horses in a super fun and safe environment, through hands-on activities specially designed for interactive learning about horses. All classes are taught by very talented and experienced instructors.
Students ages 6 to 9yrs. old can sign up today for as many classes as they like. Our weekly sessions teach something new to each class so that young riders can build on their skills, or just enjoy a few days learning and riding in the sunshine. We will have fun going on hayrides, doing arts and crafts and so much more.
