Summer Horse Camp and The Riding Academy at Benbrook Stables
In our Summer Horse Camp, our campers will enjoy a hands-on learning experience. We begin with feeding horses, learning all about horse safety, grooming, anatomy, and tacking up. They will learn the basics of riding in a Western saddle, an English saddle, and even get on bareback. Every day we will introduce them to something new about horses, so If they didn't get to come the day before, that's okay. Campers will also enjoy hayrides, arts & crafts, fun activities, & all sorts of fun outdoor games.

Monday and Tuesday - July 19 & 20, 2021
In our Riding Academy for our older kids, they will spend one on one, with your very own horse. Start the day feeding, grooming, and getting to know your horse. You will learn how to tack up your own horse, go on trail rides, learn arena games, and even ride bareback and in an English saddle. We will also cover all the fundamentals of horsemanship and everything horses
