Benbrook Stables offers riding lessons, horse camps, horseback trail rides, arena rides, homeschool programs, scout badges, and parties for all ages.

Lessons

Lessons involve total horsemanship, not just riding, so come prepared to learn more. You will not only learn proper riding skills, you will learn about feeding, grooming, safety, how to properly care for your own horse and proper care of tack and equipment. We do not believe in just riding in an arena. We want to expose our students to as many different aspects of riding as possible to give them a well-rounded riding experience.

The Riding School

The Riding School will introduce young riders to the amazing world of horses. We will focus on the fundamentals of horseback riding while having fun in various activities. Young horse enthusiasts will learn the joys of riding Western, English, and even bareback. They will brush, groom, feed, and learn the anatomy of horses. They will have fun with arts and crafts, go on hayrides, explore the barns, and much more. It’s the perfect introduction to horses in a super fun and safe environment.

Parties

Start your party off with riding a few of our amazing, kid-safe horses. Kids can ride in one of our arenas or be hand led around the property. During the party, kids and parents can enjoy petting, brushing, and playing with one of the miniature horses or donkeys attending the event. Everyone can also enjoy jumping in the bounce house, playing games, roasting marshmallows, or just hanging out by a campfire. You can finish up the perfect birthday party with an authentic, tractor-drawn hayride with all your friends.
