HORSE ACTIVITIES

  • Trail Rides/Arena Rides – $80 per horse, per hour

  • Horse Walker/Assistant – $35 per hour (for arena rides & parties)

  • Off-Site Horse Rental – $275 per horse, per hour (plus mileage & gratuity)

  • Horse Rental for Events After 5 PM – Additional $195 after-hours fee

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Stand-Up Heaters – $125

  • Bartenders/Servers – $150 +15% gratuity

  • Security – $250 (up to 6 hours; additional $250 after 12 AM) +15% gratuity

  • Parking Attendant – $175 +15% gratuity

 

WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES

  • Full Wedding Planner – $2,000
    Complete event planning from start to finish.

  • Day-Of Coordinator – $1,000
    Manages vendors, schedules, and coordinates the event.

 

CATERING

  • Pricing varies based on budget and needs.

 

FEES & DEPOSITS

  • Deposit – $500

  • Date Change Fee – $250

  • After Midnight Fee – Additional $100 per hour, plus hourly rental rate

  • Photo Shoot Location Fee – $50 to $250 (based on time needed)

  • Setup or Cleanup Fee (Trash, tables & chairs only)

    • Under 200 guests – $250 each

    • Over 200 guests – $500 each
