Requirement & Cancellation Policy Acknowledgement

Please note: Your reservation is not finalized or held until we receive this signed acknowledgment.

Important Requirements

• Riders must be at least 8 years old to participate in the trail ride.

• Children under 8 years old must remain on-site with adult supervision.

• Weight limit: 225 lbs. (No exceptions – all riders are weighed on-site.)

• Cash only – $85 per rider (includes tax & gratuity).

• We do not accept credit cards, checks, Venmo, Zelle, debit, or other payment forms.

• A 15% tip is required for all reservations of five or more riders.

• A processing fee applies to all card transactions (if used for incidentals).

Cancellation Policy

• 72+ hours before your ride: No fee for cancellations or changes.

• Within 24 - 48 hours of your ride: You will be charged 50% of your total reservation (including tax & gratuity).

• Same-day cancellations or missing your ride due to late arrival: You will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

• A signed riding release form is required for all riders (attached for your convenience).

• Minors must have a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

• Any rider exceeding the 225 lb. limit will still be responsible for full payment of their reservation.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined above. I understand that my reservation is subject to these terms, including but not limited to the cancellation policy, payment requirements, liability waivers, and rider eligibility guidelines. I further agree that the credit card on file may be charged in accordance with these terms in the event of a cancellation, no-show, late arrival, or other breach of policy.
