All campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day they attend camp.
Camp Activities
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with Benbrook Stables Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Grooming and Tack
All About the Horse and Anatomy
Arts and Crafts
Group Games
Lunch, Snacks, & Water
To ensure your child stays well-nourished and hydrated during camp, kindly pack a sack lunch and enough fluids for them to carry throughout the day. Don't forget to include plenty of drinking water to keep them refreshed and energized throughout the camp's duration.
After lunch, campers may choose to purchase an ice cream or Popsicle for $2.
Payments, Cancelations, & Refunds
Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2024 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the Friday before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available and your child's Camp Liability form is received.
Full payment is due upon registration. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. You have the option to make your payment online or in person at our office. Please note that all transactions made using a card will incur a card processing fee.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
Please note that our camps are non-transferrable, and any missed camp days, regardless of the reason, cannot be refunded, rescheduled, exchanged for lessons or trail rides. Due to limited space, each student must have a signed liability release from a parent or legal guardian before being enrolled in any class. Parents must read and agree to the State of Texas Laws and Benbrook Stables' written liability release.
